Warranty Operations Administrator

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Main duty:

- Provide prompt and accurate response to requests for warranty support issues and data maintenance.
- Analyze & Resolve internal customer queries related to warranty on HPE products
- Manage cases and communicate with requestors according to defined SLA
- Manually update SAP Warranty tables to reflect warranty information for HPE products
- Data loads to SAP and SNR based on user requests
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for SEO team and various BU’s
- Support of the HPE Install Base Add/Update Submitter Authorization Request Process
- Support Warranty Update tool Access request process
- Maintain SEO team intranet web pages
- Monitor system jobs and ES batch usage
- Manage several approvers lists
- Create and maintain support process documentation
- Build sufficient knowledge of SWOP/S4 hana, SNR and Entitlement systems
- Participate in and support SEO projects, as required.

- HPE Sales and Account Managers
- TS Contracts/Global Operations
- Business Users in HPE and HPE partners
- Business unit representatives in HPE

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Education and Experience Required:

- First Level University or equivalent degree with 2 years’ experience
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint,
- Confident with verbal and written English
- Willingness to work in an evolving environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to work in team.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Pointnext business advantageous.
- Services SAP knowledge and experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HPE warranty process advantageous.
- Knowledge of HPE Manufacturing BOM process.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new roles and responsibilities.
