**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling and prioritizing tasks.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they complete their work as per agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventories.
- Ensure all personnel on site adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate project status and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering/architecture

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
