Customer Care Representative

**Onboarding & Planning**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new franchisees from signing to store opening.
- Develop customized activation plans and timelines for each new location.
- Coordinate pre-opening activities, including construction, training, licensing, and initial marketing.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align on launch requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of brand assets, POS systems, equipment, and supply chain setup.
- **Training & Support**:
- Organize and facilitate franchisee and staff training programs.
- Provide on-site or virtual support during soft openings and grand openings.
- Monitor early performance and provide feedback to help franchisees stabilize operations.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational protocols during activation.
- Conduct pre-opening audits and resolve compliance issues.
- **Reporting & Continuous Improvement**:
- Track activation metrics and timelines; report progress to leadership.
- Gather feedback from franchisees and cross-functional teams to improve the activation process.
Pay: ₹10,758.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
