This is a full-time role for a Facebook Ads Specialist at Empire Webtech Private Limited. The Facebook Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. The role involves creating and monitoring ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, developing targeting strategies, and generating reports. The Facebook Ads Specialist will also collaborate with other teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms
- Experience in managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data
- Knowledge of audience targeting strategies and segmentation
- Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools is a plus
- Certifications in Facebook advertising or digital marketing are beneficial
