Job Title: Floor Supervisor - Apparel Manufacturing

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor and manage the workflow to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of production staff.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address production issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in apparel manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of apparel production processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel manufacturing.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
