**Should has experience in real estate LAW -RERA,. Responsible for handling all legal Documentation, and notices(statutory, government dept) and giving legal advice.**

**Should be able to streamline and maintain updates on all company / firms cases and papers.**

**Should be able to appear in court & advise.**

**Should have a thorough knowledge of the translation of notices and legal documents from English to Marathi and vice versa.**

**Experience in handling cases such as Civil, Criminal, RERA, Consumer, Arbitration, winding up, land, lease and revenue, cheque bounce cases, and recovery cases & RTI appeals**

**Have strong experience in Litigation management.**

**We are looking for some one who is hands-on and manage all legal matters efficiently.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
