**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes such as pastas, pizzas, risottos, salads, and grilled meats.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest culinary standards and follows proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and develop new menu items or specials.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of food and cleaning of cooking equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food.
