Ghosting Web Tech Pvt Ltd is a leading digital marketing and IT company specializing in innovative solutions for web and app development. We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to enhance user experience.
- **Wireframing & Storyboarding**: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement cohesive design solutions.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine design and optimize functionality.
- **Design Standards**: Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (or related field).
- **Education**: Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- **Understanding of Web & Mobile Development**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on user-centric design.

Additional Preferences:

- Experience with animation and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
