**Job Description - ERP / NetSuite Functional Support**

This position will have responsibilities related to **ERP /** **NetSuite Functional Support **to serving Aimler Solutions and its affiliates. The position will be in Noida, India.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
- Provide internal NetSuite Cases support (new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards, user roles, etc.).
- Support Executive team requests as well as Sales Operations requests.
- Create and modify customizations, workflows, and business processes.
- Planning, reviewing and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of staff.
- Perform regular data audits, check error logs, and resolve issues identified.
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues. Resolve Day-to-day order related technical issues.
- Maintain system controls for NetSuite and other assigned systems.
- Translate new business requirements into technical designs.
- Develop, test, release and support any organization initiatives from a technical perspective.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.

**Requirements**:
**NetSuite Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience with ERP administration (especially Oracle NetSuite, ZOHO), configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is a must. Finance, Payroll knowledge would be advantageous, though not required.
- Knowledge of Suite Analytics, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay processes is required.
- Experience with Ecommerce order fulfillment processes. Knowledge of scripting, SQL and webservices a plus.

**Administrator-level knowledge**
- Custom records and objects, csv imports, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards. Familiarity with Roles and Permissions

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience with ERP administration (especially **Oracle NetSuite, ZOHO**)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and IT departments.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
