**Job Title**:Executive Housekeeper**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the property.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address any housekeeping-related issues or guest requests in a timely manner.

Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.

Monitor and control housekeeping expenses within budgetary guidelines.

Implement eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices where possible.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.

Provide leadership and support to housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale establishment.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- **Diploma / Bachelor's **degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
