Ø Identify potential suppliers and develop relationships with them.

Ø Source and purchase goods and services for the company, ensuring that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Ø Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions.

Ø Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

Ø Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ø Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.

Ø Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers related to the quality or delivery of goods and services.

Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales and production teams, to ensure that purchasing needs are met.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure that the company remains competitive in terms of pricing and quality.

Ø Develop the new products.

Ø Training to new joiners.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Ø Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

Ø 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Ø Strong negotiation skills and the ability to obtain the best possible terms and conditions from suppliers.

Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Familiarity with purchasing software and ERP systems.

Ø Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ø Good knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

**Salary**: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
