**Experience Level**: Entry Level

**Education **:Higher Secondary, ITI Fitter, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrician (Any of these qualifications required)

As a Machine Operator & Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling components according to established procedures and specifications. You will work closely with our production team to ensure the timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery efficiently and safely to meet production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for machine operation and assembly tasks.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

**Requirements**:

- Completion of Higher Secondary Education, ITI Fitter, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in machine operation or assembly is an asset but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required.
