JOB DESCRIPTION Objective: 1. Have good sound knowledge in Electronics / Electrical, Electrochemical. 2. Hands on experience of cell / pack testing and prototype pack assembly and documentation. 3. Have flair for Battery cell, pack machines, test equipment’s & testing.Job Description: 1. Perform detailed testing of cells / Battery packs for lithium-ion or similar chemistry. 2. Good knowledge and Experience in battery pack design (Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal). 3. Cell and module testing, according to the required test protocols and test standards. 4. Perform comprehensive testing procedures such as capacity testing, cycle life testing, thermal testing, and environmental testing to validate battery performance and reliability. 5. Preparing the technical test reports for Li-ion Cells / Battery pack. 6. Experience in BMS testing, BMS functions in various applications. 7. Experience in Data acquisition system (DAQS), O-Scope (DSO) and various test equipment. 8. Identify and resolve technical issues related to battery assembly, ensuring products meet design specifications and regulatory requirements. Experience in RCA preparation of battery pack system. 9. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly techniques, test methodologies, and quality assurance processes. 10. Knowledge in data analysis and DFM 11. Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, testing results, and quality control measures. 12. Knowledge in anyone of the Battery simulations Like ANSYS, SIMULINK, MATLAB will be an prefer. 13. Handling strong knowledge in Environmental test chambers.Qualification: 1. B.E.in Electronics, Electrical Engineering 2. Min 4-5 years of hardcore R&D Experience in company of repute in Advanced chemistry battery. 3.Candidate preference from Kerala.
