Operate and manage advanced printing machines designed for plastic materials, ensuring high-quality print outputs.
- Adjust and calibrate machinery for optimal performance and quality, considering the specific requirements of each printing project.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Monitor printing processes, making adjustments as necessary to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project specifications, including colors, designs, and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to industry safety standards and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities printed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in printing technology and techniques relevant to the plastic industries.
- Train and mentor junior operators, sharing knowledge and best practices in plastic
- printing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in printing technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating printing machinery, specifically in the plastic industries.
- Strong understanding of plastic materials and how they interact with different inks and printing processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly address and resolve machinery and printing issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and production specifications.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform other physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with safety standards and willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
