**Job Title**: Large Format Printer Machine Operator

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years
**Location**: Valanjambalam, Kochi
**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Large Format Printers**: Set up and run printers (Inkjet, Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV, Latex) for banners, posters, and signage.
- **Job Setup & Management**: Review job tickets, configure print settings, and load materials such as paper, vinyl, and fabric.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect prints for accuracy, color consistency, and defects; make necessary adjustments.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**: Perform routine cleaning, resolve minor operational issues, and ensure optimal printer performance.
- **Material Handling**: Properly store and manage print materials to avoid damage.
- **Production Workflow**: Manage print queues, prioritize jobs, and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience with **large format printing machines** and knowledge of different printing technologies.
- **Attention to detail** for inspecting and maintaining print quality.
- **Problem-solving skills** to troubleshoot printing issues.
- **Basic computer skills** for managing print files and software.
- **Physical ability** to lift and handle large rolls of print media.

**Work Environment**:

- Print production facility with exposure to **printing equipment, inks, and chemicals**.
- Requires **standing for extended periods** and **lifting heavy materials**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
