**Job Overview**

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and procedures to handle complaints and escalate issues when required.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule, including weekends.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Both can be considered).

Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
