Job Title**:Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst**

Location: Chakala, Andheri(E)

We are seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The SFE Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of our sales team through data analysis, strategic insights, and process improvements.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights to the sales team and management.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, identifying areas for improvement.

Sales Territory Management: Assist in optimizing sales territories to ensure efficient coverage and maximum market penetration.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.

Sales Training: Collaborate with the training department to develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.

Process Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance the sales process.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and achieve company goals.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Force Effectiveness or Sales Operations role within the pharmaceutical industry.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and data visualization tools.

Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including compliance and regulatory requirements.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
