Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or design solutions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge across furniture, lighting, têxtiles, flooring, and other interior materials.
- Create mood boards, layouts, or basic space planning to support design recommendations (if applicable).
- Process quotes, invoices, and sales transactions accurately using POS or CRM systems.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure displays are current and appealing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up to date with design trends, product lines, and vendor updates.
- Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in interior design, furniture, or home décor.
- Strong knowledge of interior design styles, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools; knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work weekends or extended hours as required by the showroom or project deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
