**We Are Hiring Back Office Executives (Females Only)**

**SALARY: Rs.15,000.00 To Rs 20,000.00 Per Month.**

**EXPERIENCE: Minimum 01 Year Of Experience With MS Excel & Tally.**

**QUALIFICATION: Graduate In Any Field.**

**JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **1. Execution of the job up to the closure**:

- **2. Preparation of Quotation/Performa Invoice/SO and Follow up with Customers**:

- **3. Client/ Customer Details Registration**:

- **4. Raw material requirement and clarity & Informing store for procurement, if any**:

- **5. Job Card preparation & Sending jobs to factory**:

- **6. Follow up for Artwork preparation with DTP & sent to client for approval**:

- **7. Co-ordinate with Technical/Production /Dispatch Team for promptly processing Customer Order/Jobs**:

- **8. Receipt and closer of Job Cards from factory in Excel Sheet and arranging the same on the rack**:

- **9. Handling of Documents and Data**:

- **10. Record maintain of customer complaint & feedback form**:

- **11. Booking for shipment (only domestic)**:

- **12. Engage with customers for Payment collection**:

- **13. Co-ordination with all the customer for quotes, confirmation, order procurement and art work requirement, delivery of materials, invoice submission, addressing quality issues, payment follow up and collection of cheques.**:

- **14. Co-ordination with account department for invoice raising, reconciliation of customer’s accounts, submission of cheques received, debtor’s outstanding list 15. Collection receipt update to A/Cs Dept & Preparation of Debit & Credit Note & Filling of slip book for cheque deposition.**
