**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ensure adherence to process compliance and customer service quality standards.
- Document interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: Graduation is mandatory (in any stream).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a **customer support/service role** (voice or non-voice).
- **Communication Skills**:

- Good command over **English** is essential.
- **Fluency in regional languages** will determine salary brackets (see below).

**Language Preference & Salary Details**:
Language Proficiency: Tamil or Telugu
Take-Home Salary Range ₹15,000 - ₹18,000

Language Proficiency: Hindi & Kannada
Take-Home Salary Range: Up to ₹22,000

Language Proficiency: Malayalam
Take-Home Salary Range: Up to ₹21,000

**Job Details**:

- **Shift Timings**: Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- **Work Days**: 6 days working with **1 rotational week off**:

- **Work Location**:Perungudi, Chennai** (Work from Office only)
