QA - Manual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, record, and track defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Provide clear and concise reporting of testing progress and results to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
