**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute manual test cases and analyze results to ensure software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Report test progress and results to the QA lead and other stakeholders.
- Verify defect fixes and perform retesting.
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a bonus.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts or scripting languages.
