**Job Title**: Sales Officer
**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
**Reporting To**: Area Sales Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Execution**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- **Market Penetration**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand the company’s market share in Lucknow and surrounding areas.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Promote the company's product range, ensuring maximum visibility in the market.
- Conduct promotional activities like retailer meets and product demonstrations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints.
- Act as the point of contact between the company and its clients.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Lucknow.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Graduate (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred).
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, or related industries.
Pay: ₹9,208.19 - ₹38,994.35 per month
