**Job description** **Greetings from COEQUAL GROUP OF COMPANIES** **COEQUAL INFOTECH PVT LTD** **#101, 'A' Block, "Sarovar Mansion" 1st Floor, Dodda Banaswadi Main Road, Annaiah Reddy Layout, Banaswadi, Bengaluru - 560 043.** **Job Title: Field Marketing Executive - Water Treatment Process** **Key Responsibilities**: - **Market Research and Strategy Development**: - Identify and analyze potential markets, customers, and competitors in the water treatment industry. - Develop and implement effective field marketing strategies to promote water treatment products and services. - **Customer Engagement**: - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**: - Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers. - Highlight the benefits and technical aspects of water treatment systems and services. - **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**: - Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, industry events, and networking. - Ensure a high conversion rate from leads to sales. - **Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams**: - Work closely with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. - Coordinate to address customer queries and concerns efficiently. - **Event Participation**: - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars related to water treatment and environmental solutions. - **Reporting and Feedback**: - Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, customer interactions, and market trends. - Provide feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field. - Proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in the water treatment or environmental services sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes. - Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards. - Experience in managing client accounts in the industrial or municipal sectors. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent - Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Work Location: In person
