**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior 3D Architectural and Interior Designer** to lead the creation of advanced 3D visualizations and photo-realistic renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
- An excellent eye for detail
- In-depth understanding of design principles
- The ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders

**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand design requirements and deliver compelling 3D visual solutions
- Develop complex architectural and interior 3D models from mínimal sketches or CAD data
- Handle end-to-end 3D visualization tasks including modeling, texturing, lighting, camera animation, and rendering
- Create high-quality photo-realistic renders for interiors, exteriors, and landscapes
- Execute 3D walkthrough and flythrough animations for project presentations
- Perform advanced 2D compositing, retouching, and post-production on renderings
- Provide comprehensive visual perspectives for both interior and exterior architecture.
- Translate conceptual designs into schematic visual formats using various media
- Stay current with evolving industry tools, trends, and best practices
- Present work to clients and internal teams with clarity, making revisions when needed
- Mentor and guide junior 3D designers to uphold quality standards.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in 3D architectural visualization and interior rendering
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photo-realistic 3D work

**Key Skills**

**Software Expertise**:

- 3Ds Max
- V-Ray or Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Other relevant 3D plugins and tools

**Technical & Design Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques
- Skilled in producing 3D animations and motion walkthroughs.
