**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS**
- Reports to: Sr.Designer
- Supervises: Junior Designers/Trainees/Interns
- Functional relationship with: Design Head, Senior Designer and Directors

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION**
- **Essential**: Bachelors/ Masters in interior design **OR** 12 + Diploma in Interiors

**(Architects having interiors experience as well can be screened)**

**EXPERIENCE**
- **Relevant**: 3-5 yrs
- **Total**: 7-8 years

**SALARY**
- **Open to discuss**

**Technical Skills**

- Product/ Service Knowledge with constant up-gradation
- Basic Auto CAD Knowledge
- Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PPT )

**Primary Responsibilities**

**1. Delivery/Operations**
- Ensure that all the drawings, plans, views, mockups, demos etc are received refined and shared with client according to timelines agreed.
- Mitigate any redesign ideas with internal team, bring to the teams notice and agree the cost and time escalations due to such redesign.
- To provide inputs for designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations and enhance operational efficiency..
- To review client-wise design related resource allocation & utilization & take efficiency enhancement measures.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- To ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates value addition proposition and builds positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required.
- To ensure that the client feels involved and engaged throughout the designing and execution process thereby feeling that they are getting what they desire.
- Connecting to the appropriate authority and making recommendations to a positive outcome.
