**Job Title**: FP&A - Sales (Contract Role)

**Location**: DLF Square, Gurugram

**Contract Duration**:6-9 months (Vacancy Cover & Maternity Cover)**

**Job Overview**:
BNC has been mandated to recruit an experienced **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Sales** professional to join our team on a contract basis. This role primarily focuses on **forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition estimation**, supporting the business through **weekly performance reviews** with sales managers and driving insights for better decision-making. The position will also involve **profitability analysis, automation projects, and SOP creation** as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Forecasting & Variance Analysis**: Utilize inputs from the **Integrated Business Planning** (IBP) process to develop accurate sales forecasts and conduct detailed variance analysis.
- **Performance Reviews**: Lead **weekly sales performance reviews** with sales managers to track progress, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.
- **Revenue Recognition Estimation**: Evaluate potential revenue recognition effects and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- **Ad Hoc Analysis**: Support **profitability analysis, automation projects, and process improvements** based on business needs.
- **SOP Development**: Create **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** despite imperfect or evolving guidance.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Work within strict **reporting cycles**, with flexibility to work longer hours during the first **two weeks of the month** to meet deliverables.
- **Industry Background**: Experience in the **B2B manufacturing sector** is highly preferred.
- **Education**:MBA in Finance** with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong **forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition** knowledge.
- Ability to **communicate flawlessly** and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in **creating SOPs** with limited guidance.
- Comfortable working **extended hours during the first two weeks** of the month due to reporting cycles.
- **Contract Duration**: Up to **9 months** (initial vacancy cover + maternity cover).
- **Joining Preference**:Immediate joiners preferred**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 -9 months

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
