- This role is to provide analysis to support decision making in all matters - operational, financial, and strategic._
- You will support budgeting and forecasting across verticals/division’s business P&L - Revenue, Costs, Gross Margins and AOI._
- Responsibilities_
- _Responsible for monthly P&L forecasting by working closely the business._
- _Responsible for preparing AOP, supporting planning cycles, and forecasts._
- _Timely communication / Proactiveness to resolve issues and close gaps_
- _Supporting Division finance and other vertical with reporting, forecasting and variance analysis._
- _Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and in larger team._
- _Cross functional collaboration for consolidations of forecasts and AOP_
- _Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, thoughtful and meaningful analysis_
- _Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year revenue, expenses and proactively identify opportunities for improvements_
- _Collaborate with team for process improvements and optimization opportunities._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _M.Com/MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA or equivalent degree with a strong academic record_
- _5-8 years of work experience in Finance, good communication skills_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Minimum 3-5 years of FP&A experience_
- _Advanced excel skills_
- _Good at understanding & analysis of data, report comparisons, variance analysis_
- _Added advantage: VBA / Power BI / Tableau / Basic Python coding skills_
- _Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels._
- _Attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities_
