**Quality Assurance (QA) Tester**
**Experience**: 4-5 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Planning & Execution**: Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- **Bug Identification & Reporting**: Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like **JIRA**. Ensure timely resolution and perform re-testing of issues as required.
- **Functional & Regression Testing**: Conduct functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing across multiple devices and platforms.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality. Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- **Automation Testing**: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like **Selenium**, **Appium**, or other relevant automation frameworks.
- **Test Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and test coverage. Provide clear, actionable feedback to the team.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends to continually improve testing processes and practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **4-5 years** of experience in **manual** and **automated testing**.
- Strong understanding of **SDLC** and **STLC** methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with **bug tracking tools** like **JIRA**.
- Familiarity with **automation tools** like **Selenium**, **Appium**, or similar.
- Experience in **functional**, **regression**, **integration**, and **performance testing**.
- Strong understanding of **UI/UX** best practices.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
- Familiarity with version control systems like **Git**.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in **API testing** using tools like **Postman**, **SoapUI**, or similar.
- Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and integrating tests into build processes.
- Familiarity with **mobile testing** for iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like **Python**, **JavaScript**, or **Shell scripting** for automation.
- Experience in testing **cloud-based** or **microservices** architecture.
