**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Customer Service**:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on musical instruments and audio equipment.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products and services.
**Product Knowledge and Inventory Management**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range and industry trends.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that popular products are always in stock.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products and technologies.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their products.
**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the music or audio equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping customers find the right products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Knowledge of musical instruments and audio equipment is essential.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
