Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. _Needs Analysis_: Conduct needs analysis with potential customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
2. _Project Presentation_: Present our residential real estate projects to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and USPs and the location
5. _Handling Objections_: Handle customer objections, concerns, and queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
6. _Closing Deals_: Convert prospects into site visits, meeting weekly/monthly site visit targets.
7. _Customer Service_: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. _Data Entry_: Accurately enter customer interactions, leads, and sales data into our CRM system.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
1._Education_: Graduate/Post Graduate with proficiency in English language
2 _Experience_: 1-5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
3. _Communication_: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. _Persuasion_: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
5. _Product Knowledge_: Ability to quickly learn and understand our residential real estate projects.
6. _CRM Software_: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
7. _Time Management_: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
