Position: Tender Executive

Job Brief:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Key Solutions:

- Study tender requirements to devise effective bidding strategies for the organization.

2. Manage Documents:

- Handle documents from potential suppliers, evaluate pricing, and prepare tender documentation.

3. Coordinate With Stakeholders:

- Analyze tenders, coordinate internally, communicate with suppliers, and negotiate terms.

4. Examine Proposals:

- Review and add products on the GEM portal as necessary.

5. Strategize Presentation Development:

- Create compelling presentations for tender submission, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

6. Evaluate Bids and Contracts:

- Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality, and technical specifications.

7. Monitor Bids:

- Ensure accurate completion and compliance with tendering process requirements.

8. Prepare Reports:

- Generate detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs.

9. Negotiate Contracts:

- Engage in negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements.

10. Use Project Management Techniques:

- Utilize Agile HRMS project management techniques and software to manage bids and projects effectively.

11. Organize Pre-bid Meetings:

- Attend and organize pre-bid meetings as required.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience: 1-3 years in a tender-oriented environment (e.g., bid writing, procurement, project management).
- Excellent writing skills: Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and document preparation.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills: Capable of managing tight deadlines, coordinating tasks, and contributing to decision-making processes.

Salary Range: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in tender management, bid writing, procurement, or project coordination is advantageous.
