1. Production Management: - Oversee the production process, develop production schedules, and ensure cost-effective operations. 2. Team Leadership: - Supervise, motivate, and lead the factory team. - Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff. 3. Quality Control: - Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements. 4. Cost Management: - Manage factory budgets and seek opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and safety standards. 5. Health & Safety: - Enforce safety policies and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. 6. Process Improvement: - Implement continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production. 7. Resource Allocation: - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficient use of factory resources. 8. Supply Chain Coordination: - Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely arrival of materials and with logistics for the timely shipment of finished products. 9. Reporting: - Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, delivering them on time to senior management. 10. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure the factory complies with all federal, state, and local regulations related to the food and FMCG industry. 11. Technical Management: - Manage the maintenance of production equipment and machinery, ensuring mínimal downtime

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
