Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads for property management services.
- Analyze customer behavior and competitor trends to optimize digital campaigns.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with company goals and objectives.

2. Campaign Management:

- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies based on data insights, and report on ROI.

3. SEO & SEM:

- Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic search results.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to increase lead generation and website traffic.

4. Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute content calendars to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

5. Social Media Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with current and potential clients.

7. Analytics and Reporting:

- Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance and website traffic.
- Regularly report on key metrics, including leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, and more.

8. Collaboration & Team Leadership:

- Collaborate with the creative, sales, and property management teams to develop cohesive strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their development.

9. Budget Management:

- Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and meet performance targets.
- Optimize spend for maximum ROI across all platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
