**(Sales) Booking Coordinator - Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Primary Role**

Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management & Follow-ups**:

- Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins).
- Respond promptly with accurate details of packages, pricing, and services.
- Maintain CRM records of leads and their status.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Understand client needs and suggest suitable rooms/packages.
- Persuade potential clients with offers, add-ons, and upselling options.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly booking targets.
- **Customer Engagement & Relations**:

- Build trust through professional and friendly communication.
- Provide venue tours (physical/virtual) to increase conversion chances.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals.
- **Coordination with Teams**:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked events.
- Share customer requirements (decorations, cakes, add-ons, timings) clearly.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track daily leads, conversions, and cancellations.
- Prepare weekly booking reports for management.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategies and customer approach.
- **Professionalism & Discipline**:

- Maintain punctuality and consistency in follow-ups.
- Uphold company values while representing the brand.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
