**Porter Booking Executive - Job Responsibilities**
- **Take booking requests** for porters from staff, departments, or customers.
- **Schedule and assign** porters based on availability and workload.
- **Keep records** of all bookings and completed tasks.
- **Coordinate with porters** to ensure timely and smooth service.
- **Answer phone calls or messages** related to porter services.
- **Report any delays or issues** to the supervisor or relevant department.
- **Help with porter rosters** and daily duty plans.
- **Ensure proper communication** between staff, porters, and departments.
- **Follow up on completed bookings** to make sure tasks are done properly.
- **Provide good customer service** and handle basic complaints or questions.
