Facilitate the development of a Edufront Resource Mobilization / Fundraising Strategy that includes securing new, diverse and additional resources. The strategy should respond to Edufront’s funding needs.
- Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in gift-giving
- Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
- Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
- Maintaining records of sponsors.
- Organizing campaigns that will lead to donations.
- Training volunteers.
- Organize fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers
- Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met
- Conduct and develop a 1 / 3 an d 5 year funding needs assessment.
- Develop a Resource Mobilization Manual that includes standard operating procedures and processes; and define the direction of resource acquisition and utilization, approvals and follow up.
- Conducting research on potential donors/partners such as trusts, foundations, companies and high net worth individuals. This includes proactively identifying funding opportunities, as soon as or ideally before they become public knowledge and constantly scan the horizon, network and solicit donor intelligence and share information on donor profiles (policies, preferences, geographical focus).
- You will research, identify and connect with the decision makers of the prospective donor organizations.
- To develop the annual fundraising strategy from corporate donors & meet targets in consultation with the Head - Revenue
- To strategize the annual fund-raising plan for ensuring sustainable processes for corporate fundraising in consultation.
- To operationalize and implement the strategy to meet the fundraising targets

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
