**Job Summary**
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company's products or services. The role involves meeting sales targets, building strong customer connections, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate the company's products or services to prospective clients.
**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide tailored solutions to customer needs and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**3. Market Analysis and Strategy**
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management about market demands and product improvements.
**4. Negotiation and Deal Closure**
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
**5. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
**6. Collaboration and Teamwork**
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
