The data entry operator is responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of information into computer systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
- Sort, organize, and file documents in designated locations
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Respond to inquiries regarding entered data
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Keep track of records and files to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible
- Assist in the implementation of new data entry procedures and systems, as required

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate (10+2) or diploma or Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using computer systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Hindi (preferred)
