**Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive (Kharadi, Pune)**
**Experience**: 1 - 3 Years (Real Estate Background Only)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Attractive Incentives)
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for smart, driven, and well-spoken **Sales Executives** with prior real estate experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium residential and commercial properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions
- Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident in client interactions
- Strong knowledge of Kharadi and East Pune micro-markets is a plus
