**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
An E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales and
customer experience for an e-commerce business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Listing new products on the website and maintaining existing ones Putting products on/off promotion.
- Expert in managing online operations and E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and website.
- Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve customer experience, such as website optimization, product promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Tracking and Assortment Planning: Brand wise tracking for all the products listing and ensuring that we have a competitive catalogue and the pricing is in comparison and in line with other platforms.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, website updates, and order fulfilment processes.
- Analysing website traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize website performance.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth and improve online sales and customer engagement.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing Amazon Ad campaigns to achieve performance goals.
- Monitoring and managing negative keywords and product targeting to ensure effective use of advertising budget and maintain brand reputation.
- Staying up to date with Amazon's advertising policies and ensuring that all scampaigns are compliant with these policies.
- Providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management on advertising performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with web developers and designers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of payment processing, shipping, and order fulfilment systems is also a plus.
**Salary** - up to 22000
**Salary**: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
