As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be a key player in driving our online sales strategy and ensuring the overall success of our e-commerce platform. This position is suitable for individuals with a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, digital marketing, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the online sales process to optimize customer experience and achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Store Management**:

- Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Monitor and process online orders promptly.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze e-commerce performance reports.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts.
- Implement strategies to manage excess inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
- Proficient in MS-Excel.
- Familiar with Amazon Central & Flipkart Central.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,566.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
