Shift supervisors work in retail, warehouses, and cafes and coordinate the daily operations during a shift. They are in charge of maintaining high productivity and a consistently positive customer experience. - Displays integrity, honesty & knowledge in a way resulting in elevating Brand’s image. - Remains calm & composed under pressure & sets example for the team by exhibiting people (team & customers) centric approach. - Evaluates customer’s needs through anticipation & asking relevant questions & responding accordingly. - Encourages & maintains transparent communication between team & SM through timely communicating the requirement & need of team. - Supports in successful completion of new TM training through periodic checks, conveying appropriate feedback to acquire skill & recognizing on completion. - Drives a cordial & positive atmosphere through genuine & periodic coaching & empowering team with tools & resources to develop themselves. - Role models customer centric approach through timely feedback about people, product & services & responding to it appropriately. - Exhibits reward & recognition culture to motivate the team. - Takes ownership of self-learning & development & support in growth & development of the team through imparting necessary skills. - Follows SOP regarding opening & closing processes to ensure consistency. - Executing SOPs pertaining to cash, safety & record keeping - Remains flexible in terms of shifts & location of the café as per business needs. - Takes ownership of whole customer’s experience including cleanliness & hygiene of café, quality & consistent food & beverage & speed of service - Drives sales building activities & support SM in achieving store’s goals. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
