Job Description
- 5+ years of work experience in an Information Services environment is required.
- Extensive knowledge of scripting, job scheduling, database, server configuration, and batch job scheduling escalation procedures required.
- Possess strong working & troubleshooting experience on:

- Secure Transport (File transfer tools) - Axway Secure Transport or NDM or any other tools.
- Autosys - Scheduling Tool and UAC SAAS (Stone Branch)
- Must be proficient with Microsoft products, Windows, Solaris, UNIX, ServiceNow Problem and Change Management
- Understand batch processing structures within Microsoft Windows, UNIX or LINUX environments.
- Added advantage - Experience and knowledge on automation, scripting, and reporting tools - Python, SolarWinds, Splunk and PowerBI
- Skills on AWS and Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage
- Operational excellence - ServiceNow and ITSM
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with cloud platform such as AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
