**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to customers for telemarketing and telesales.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

**Job Requirements**:
Strong communication skills for effective handling of domestic voice processes

Proficiency in Hindi language is essential; knowledge of English is an added advantage.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:
