Monthly credit card charging for our monthly managed services clients
- Independent contractor invoices and payments
- Monitor bank account, mark invoices paid in client billing software
- Pay suppliers, online bill payments, print cheques
- A/R collections
- Pay monthly expenses - utilities online bill payments or print cheques
- Monitor Stripe payments, mark invoices as paid, contact sales if there is no invoice
- Monitor processed credit cards for client booking software, mark invoices as paid in client billing software
- Monitor failed credit cards on client booking software, reprocess, contact client
- Weekly real time report
- One off credit card processing via online credit card processing
- Mark $0 invoices as paid in client billing software
- Bank reconciliations
- Corporate credit card reconciliation
- Pay credit cards online, ensure balance sufficient
- Entering bookkeeping into Sage 50 program - including revenue and expenses

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
