We serve wholesalers, retailers, builders, interior designers, contractors, fabricators, and end-users.
We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in smooth operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts including daily data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and receipts in an organized manner.
Experience in Export Import (EXIM) Documentations and protocols.
Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other filings by providing required data to the accounts team.
Work closely with internal departments to track expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
Maintain petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Generate MIS reports as required by management.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
2–4 years of proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
