**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Post Disbursal Documents Management (PDD)**

Document collection through empaneled agency which would also include coordination with

empaneled Agency/Lawyer on a regular basis.

Sharing pending PDD MIS on a Fortnightly/Monthly basis.

Weekly review - PDD collection status, Feedback on pending PDD.

Coordination with respective Operations Team for timely updation of PDD.

Ensure standardized data entry and proper updation of PDD (sample quality check)

Early warning triggers shared with all stakeholders (Collection/Business/Credit

Team/Policy/Ops).

Quarterly review with REVG Team on status of all APF Projects for Pre/Postponement of Target

dates.

Replicate best practices from Industry or look for alternate methods for PDD collection through

CC.

Systematic approach for tracking of PDD.

PDD Manager to highlight pending empanelment to RALT and ensure empanelment

Scenarios where customer/builder is not co-operating for PDD clearance, PDD cell shall highlight the same to Legal for hard PDD collections. Legal in conjunction with collections shall initiate legal proceedings.

Manage the vendor/lawyer and ensure document collection in BT/Seller BT cases

Manages Post disbursal disbursement tracking, updation and System entries and dispatch to

Storage.

**MIS and Reporting and Other Activities**

Prepares MIS reports & various monthly reports with maintenance of proper records of

accounts, Outstanding, inventories etc.

Prepares MIS reports for compliance, statutory, regulatory requirements laid under different acts

governing banking regulations.

**Other Activities**

Creates awareness and participation in Business Continuity Plans (BCP)

Assists support to risk management, business, support units in containing exceptions to the

minimum and help in resolving them.

Ensures mandatory processing to be completed on same day for within TAT requests for cases

and escalations internal / external customer.
