**Job Title**: Chat Support (WZATCO Projectors)

**About Us**:
WZATCO specializes in delivering high-quality LED projectors along with excellent customer service. We’re looking for a **Support Executive (Chat Support)** who can assist our customers with technical queries and ensure a seamless support experience.

**What You'll Do**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Troubleshooting**: Resolve technical issues like connectivity problems, image quality concerns, or hardware glitches through written guidance.
- **Product Knowledge**: Educate customers about the features and functions of their LED projectors to enhance their user experience.
- **Record Keeping**: Log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into the Ticketing system with precision.
- **Follow-Up**: Proactively follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
- **Stay Updated**: Continuously update your knowledge of LED projector technology and software to provide the most relevant solutions.
- **Feedback**: Gather insights from customer interactions and share suggestions or recurring issues with the product team to improve the overall experience.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or similar fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a tech support role, especially handling chat support for electronics or LED projectors.
- E-commerce experience is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Patience and empathy when addressing customer concerns.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with LED projector technology, from installation to maintenance.
- **Tools**: Experience using chat support tools, Ticketing systems, or remote diagnostic software is an advantage.
