- **Quality Control**:
- Perform regular inspections of injection-moulded parts and assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report any defects or quality issues during the production process.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the proper assembly and functioning of the final product.
- Maintain accurate records of production batches, machine performance, and any maintenance performed.
- Assist in training new team members on injection moulding and assembly techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational qualification preferred).
- Proven experience in injection moulding, assembly, or a related manufacturing field.
- Experience with various injection moulding machines and processes.
- Familiarity with assembly of mechanical, electrical, or optical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of quality control methods and equipment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.
